Instructional Placards: Vibrant and colour enhanced instructional placards provide simple to follow illustrations and instructions on the proper use of the exercises. 
Placards are positioned within easy view of the user while on the machine to ensure proper set-up and execution of the exercise

Weight Stack Shrouds: Standard full rear weight stack shrouds enhance the visual appearance of the machines. 
Combined with an optional full front shroud protect bystanders and users from inadvertent contact with the moving weight stack

Seat Mechanism: Ratcheting seat mechanism effortlessly adjusts in 15mm increments for precise fit. 
Spring activated locking mechanism provides a safe and secure seat assembly at all times

Cam and Counterbalance: CNC laser cut exercise cams ensure proper curves for more comfortable and effective workouts. 
Counterbalanced movement arms reduce the initial starting resistance, making it easier for all exercisers to build strength

Standard Range of Motion Adjustments: 
Range of motion adjusters are standard on all machines where the exercise needs to be adapted for different sized individuals or anatomical limitations
