Brilliant bit of kit

Very pleased sturdy and solid I feel great after using just a few days
No one has mentioned this but I suffer with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and this has eased the horrible symptoms. I am over the moon it has many benefits not only weight loss and toning.

Should have been deliverd on wed, but didnt turn up till Thursday.
So the machine is good royal mail delivery wasnt as good.

tried the power plate in john lewis, but at 2000 pounds, i thought i would give this a go, works nearly as good at a fraction of the cost. well happy.

I have used a power plate at the gym, but didnt think this little mini power plate would be that good.
How wrong I am, its so small I can tuck it under my bed. Its great, lost 8lbs so far in 2 weeks.
